The stop module pairs with single- or dual-wedge clamps to prevent workpiece movement during machining. Its construction uses tool steel with a hardness of 48-52 HRC, ensuring durability under high clamping forces up to 150 kN. The module is intended for use with standard fixture plates and requires no additional tools for setup.
Jergens OK-Vise® Blank System Smooth Stoppers position the workpiece. Their high-friction jaws ensure reliable clamping when high machining forces are used. When sensitive contact with the workpiece is a must, then smooth, diamond-surface, or contour-machined jaws are optimal.
