Jergens 130mm Pneumatic Self-Centering Vise Kits serve as an ideal starter setup for powering our 130mm Pneumatic Self-Centering Vise. The kit includes everything needed to hook up and control a vise. The compact kits are typically mounted on top of the CNC sheet metal guard but can be located anywhere nearby the table to allow connection. They come with mounting hardware to attach to your machine. Check your vise for force output based on pressure input to decide which kit to purchase. The clamping force can be adjusted with the included filter regulator, and high pressure booster regulator. These kits are designed for powering single-vise setups. Electric versions have indicator lights to confirm the switches have energized. This simplifies troubleshooting.
All electrical systems come with everything needed to bring the wiring to a CNC machine panel. It is recommended you contact your CNC manufacturer to confirm what is required inside the panel of the machine. We recommend using opto-isolators inside the panel to protect CNC equipment in case of damage to external electrical systems. As always use a proper lockout/tagout system to install, and a certified electrician. Opto-isolators make a separate circuit that’s independent of the machine similar to how a remote control and a monitor are separate electrical circuits.

All valves (Manual or Solenoid Actuated)
Pneumatic Hoses & Fittings. Hoses are Nylon to have the best chemical resistance in coolants. Braided cables can be substituted for different pricing if hot chips will be touching the hoses. Contact your technical support team for these options.
