J. W. Winco, Inc. GN 114.2

Description
GN 114.2 rapid release pins are used for quick fixing, connecting and locking of various jig and fixture systems. A typical application is locating pins which must be removed and re-placed frequently. The two securing pins can be retracted by pressing the button; when it is released, the pins will once again return to the secure position. The rectangular shape of the stainless steel securing pins creates a linear contact area which increases axial shear strength. Axial load values in the table were obtained from tests at ambient temperature. They represent ~50% of the measured mean shear load. Split ring GN 111 with various lengths of chain is available to prevent loss or misplacement of the ball lock pin.
