High performance hydraulic bending machine for metal profiles. Machine body in high-thickness S355 steel which guarantees great rigidity, three drive shafts in ground tempered steel mounted on conical bearings and controlled by three independent hydraulic motors and high efficiency planetary gearboxes. The lower shafts with center-to-center distance adjustable in five positions make the machine extremely versatile, allowing it to better adapt to the profile structure and minimizing whatever kind of deformation. Manually adjustable rotation speed of the central roller for the basic versions; software-managed in the most advanced CNC-controlled version. The machine can be equipped with different control solutions, to allow the best management of the geometry to be made. The increment in curvature is given by the movement of the central shaft, operated by a hydraulic cylinder. The machine, designed for any complementary equipment, is equipped with independent lateral straightening rollers that allow to stabilize or correct the bending radius; manual in the basic versions, or with 2 axes controlled by a programmable positioner, or with 6 software-controlled axes in the most advanced CNC-controlled version. The control panel, installed on a wheeled console separate from the machine, is powered by low voltage as per the regulations in force.
