The ZGP323H is an OTP-based 8-bit microcontroller family designed for infrared and battery-operated applications, featuring up to 32KB of OTP program memory and 237 bytes of RAM. It supports multiple package options including 20-pin PDIP, SOIC, SSOP, and CDIP, with a supply voltage range of 2.0V to 5.5V. The device includes two programmable counter/timers (8-bit and 16-bit), six priority interrupts, programmable pull-up transistors on I/O ports, a watchdog timer, and low-voltage detection. It operates over temperature ranges of 0°C to +70°C (standard), -40°C to +105°C (extended), or -40°C to +125°C (automotive), with standby currents as low as 1.6 µA in STOP mode. The part meets AEC-Q200 qualifications for automotive use.
