IXYS Integrated Circuits Division IGBT Modules VUB145-16NOXT

VUB145-16NOXT is a three-phase rectifier bridge with integrated brake IGBT and diode module for drive inverters, housed in an E2-Pack package with a copper base plate and 17 mm height, mounted via soldering pins. It features a 1600 V repetitive reverse blocking voltage, 150 A continuous rectifier current, and a 1200 V, 180 A brake IGBT with a collector-emitter saturation voltage of 1.7 to 2.1 V. The module includes an NTC temperature sensor with 5 kΩ resistance at 25°C and offers 3600 V RMS isolation voltage. It is RoHS compliant, has a thermal resistance from junction to case of 0.5 K/W for the rectifier and 0.25 K/W for the IGBT, and is rated for operation from -40°C to 125°C.
