IXYS Integrated Circuits Division IGBT Modules VUB120-16NOX

The VUB120-16NOX is a three-phase rectifier bridge with integrated brake IGBT and diode in a V2-Pack package, designed for drive inverter applications. It features a DCB ceramic base plate, isolated backside, and soldering pins for PCB mounting, with a height of 17 mm and weight of 76 g. The rectifier section supports a maximum repetitive reverse voltage of 1600 V and continuous forward current of 180 A at 90°C, while the brake IGBT supports a collector-emitter voltage of 1200 V and continuous current of 180 A at 25°C. The device is short-circuit rated for 10 µs, meets RoHS standards, and has a 3600 V~ isolation voltage. Thermal resistance from junction to case is 0.6 K/W for the rectifier and 0.25 K/W for the IGBT.
