The TS117P is an 8-pin flatpack solid-state relay integrating a 350V normally open optically coupled relay with an optocoupler for telecom switching applications. It provides 3750V rms input-to-output isolation, supports a continuous load current of 120 mA rms or DC, and has a maximum on-resistance of 35 Ω. The device is machine insertable, wave solderable, and meets UL, CSA, and EN/IEC 60950 safety certifications. It has a tolerance for operating temperatures from -40°C to +85°C and a maximum package body temperature of 260°C for 30 seconds during reflow.
