The MIXA225RF1200TSF is a high-integration IGBT module for boost chopper and brake applications in AC motor drives, featuring an XPT IGBT with a 1200 V collector-emitter voltage rating and 360 A continuous current at 25°C, paired with two diodes and an NTC temperature sensor. It uses a SimBus F package with soldering pins for PCB mounting, measures 17 mm in height, and includes a copper base plate with DCB isolation. The module is rated for 10 µs short-circuit endurance, has a collector-emitter saturation voltage of 1.8 V at 225 A and 25°C, and supports an RBSOA of 500 A at 1200 V. Thermal resistance from junction to case is 0.115 K/W for the IGBT and 0.145 K/W for the boost diode. The part is RoHS compliant and operates within a storage temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
