Zilog Single IGBTs IXYP35N65C5

The IXYP35N65C5 is a 650 V, 35 A Gen5 XPT™ IGBT in a TO-220-3L package, designed for 20-60 kHz switching applications such as power inverters, motor drives, and SMPS. It has a collector-emitter saturation voltage of 2.0 V at 30 A and 15 V gate drive, a thermal resistance from junction to case of 0.46 °C/W, and a maximum junction temperature of 175 °C. The device features a square RBSOA, positive thermal coefficient of VCE(sat), and low gate drive requirements. It meets the International Standard Package specification and is rated for a transient gate-emitter voltage of ±30 V, continuous collector current of 35 A at 110 °C, and a mounting torque of 1.13 Nm. The lead temperature for soldering is 300 °C for 10 seconds. The part is assembled in a standard TO-220-3L case with dimensions 14.22-16.51 mm in length, 9.65-10.67 mm in width, and a 2.54 mm pin pitch.
