The IXYK110N120A4 is a 1200V XPT TM IGBT designed for switching applications up to 5kHz, featuring low conduction losses and a positive thermal coefficient of Vce(sat). It is housed in a TO-264 package, weighs 10g, and has a maximum junction temperature of 175°C. The device has a continuous collector current rating of 110A at 110°C and a pulsed collector current capability of 900A for 1ms.
