The IXYA48N65A5 is a 650 V, 48 A Gen5 XPT IGBT in a TO-263-2L package, designed for switching applications up to 5 kHz. It features a collector-emitter saturation voltage of 1.40 V at 30 A and 15 V gate-emitter voltage, a thermal resistance junction-to-case of 0.46 °C/W, and a maximum junction temperature of 175 °C. The device complies with international standard packaging and is qualified for automotive and industrial use.
