Zilog Single IGBTs IXGT25N250HV

The IXGT25N250HV is a high-voltage IGBT designed for capacitor discharge and pulser circuits, housed in a TO-268 package with a collector tab. It has a continuous collector-emitter voltage rating of 2500 V, a maximum collector current of 25 A at 110°C, and a power dissipation of 250 W at 25°C. The collector-emitter saturation voltage is 2.9 V at 25 A and 15 V gate-emitter voltage. Thermal resistance from junction to case is 0.50 °C/W.
