The IXDE514PI is a low-side gate driver integrated circuit designed for high-speed applications, capable of sourcing and sinking a peak output current of 14A. The device features a unique ability to disable the output under fault conditions, entering a tristate mode to prevent damage to connected MOSFETs or IGBTs during short circuits.
