The Can Washer cleans and prepares the interior and exterior surface of the cans. The multiple stage can washer will clean the interior and exterior surfaces of the cans in the 2-piece beverage and food can industries. Recover and re-use precious chemical resources with our exclusive patented Belt Vacuum System. The Can Washer roof has removable panels to access the entire length of the washer interior thus reducing maintenance time and cost. The design of the spray risers in the can washer feature our patented quarter-turn quick disconnects featuring full-length guide rails for easy maintenance and operator safety. Each Can Washer project undergoes a comprehensive evaluation of every production requirement. The assessment includes areas such as production goals, part configuration and construction, part mass, temperature profile, and facility location or elevation. Each Can Washer is tested for performance, accuracy, safety systems, air management and temperature uniformity. The equipment conforms, in accordance with customer requirements, to the following standards: NFPA, IRI, FM, OSHA, JIC, NEC, UL, and CE.
