At the start of each designated shift, I/Roster automatically populates the InService database with appropriate personnel. This means dispatchers no longer have to spend time manually logging field staff into the system. I/Roster supports both personnel-based and job-based staffing. Staff rosters are generated according to user-specified rules and in basic units of “shifts.” Shifts are organized into sequences of shifts or “cycles,” which can be automatically replicated into the future.
