Intergraph Corporation I/Calltaker

I/Calltaker is a subset of I/Dispatcher intended for customers that separate calltaking from dispatching and supervisory functionality. I/Calltaker provides the capabilities required to enter and validate information received from an emergency call to a public safety, computer-aided communications center. It is intended for the operator who is responsible for interfacing with the public over the telephone to accumulate information that may result in dispatched service for the caller. The product provides a dialog and map interface, and accommodates the loading of automatic number identification/autom atic location identification (ANI/ALI) data.
