Professional Wood Meter: A resistance type Wood Moisture Meter with special EIFS Probe with long insulated pins to verify moisture content and probe for structural integrity of the sheathing and wood framing.
Hand held electrode: with 7" insulated pins.
Heavy Duty 2 pin punch: for penetrating EIFS lamina, so pin meter readings can be taken. Infra-red Surface Thermometer: for instant read surface temperatures. Digital Hygrometer (Optional): Gives relative Humidity, Temperatures and Dew point readings.
