XENSIV™ - TLE5009A16 E1210 magnetic angle sensor, single die, automotive qualified Infineon´s magnetic angle sensor is available as single die version (TLE5x09A16) and dual die version (TLE5x09A16D) for safety applications that require redundancy. The two versions are pin-compatible for easy scalability. In the dual die TLE5x09A16D, both sensor dies are supplied independently by separate supply and ground pins. It comes in a PG-TSOD-16 package. This XENSIVTM magnetic sensor offers 3.3V, single die GMR technology and is with TCO (Temperature Compensation Offset).
