XENSIV™ - TLE4961-1K is a high precision automotive qualified bipolar Hall effect latch The Infineon TLE4961-1K is an integrated Hall effect latch designed specifically for highly accurate applications with superior supply voltage capability, operating temperature range and temperature stability of the magnetic thresholds. The sensor is housed in the SMD SC59 package. Our TLE496x Hall Latch family can be used in all applications which require a high precision Hall Latch with an operating temperature range from -40°C to 170°C.
