XENSIV™ - TLE493D-P2B6 A2 high accuracy low power 3D magnetic Hall sensor with I2C interface The Infineon TLE493D-P2B6 is our newest magnetic 3D Hall sensor enabled by new and improved accuracy. It is the best product for high performance applications with respect to pricing and package size. The TLE493D-P2B6 has extremely low quiescent current and wake up function in small package. Also the sensor provides options for configuration to fit best to customer requirements (e.g. data communication, definition of measurements, etc.). The safety manual supports functional safety applications. The configurability of the sensor is used in application platforms to adapt end customer wishes. TLE493D-P2B6 is available in 4 different variants ending with A0, A1, A2 or A3. The underlying feature is the so called Bus mode configuration of this device. It’s possible to connect up to 4 sensors to one I²C bus. The specific addressing is then done via 4 different variants.
