Washing machine motor control reference design The REF-MHA1KIM5PSOC4 is a motor drive reference design for washing machines with a PSoC 4100S Plus controller and a CIPOS™ Mini 600 V, 10 A three-phase TRENCHSTOP™ IGBT based intelligent power module (IKCM10H60GA). The single-layer reference design enables customer to design washing machines fast, efficient and at smaller form factors compared to discrete implementations. Moreover the PSoC 4100S Plus controller provides the needed flexibility to develop differentiating feature sets for various application scenarios, such as for example drum or top-loading washing machines.
