The PVA1354NPbF is a single-pole, normally-open solid-state relay using HEXFET power MOSFETs and an integrated photovoltaic driver for optically isolated switching of analog signals up to 100V AC/DC at 375mA. It is packaged in an 8-pin molded DIP with thru-hole leads and offers 4000V RMS input-output isolation, 10^10 Ω off-state resistance, and a maximum on-state resistance of 5 Ω at 25°C. It operates over -40°C to +85°C, meets UL 94 V-0 and RoHS standards, and has an ESD tolerance of 4000V human body model. Response times are 150µs turn-on and 125µs turn-off. It is rated for 450Hz switching and has a typical output capacitance of 11pF.
