The PVA1352NPbF is a single-pole, normally-open, solid-state relay designed for general-purpose switching of analog signals up to 100V AC/DC at 375mA. It uses HEXFET MOSFETs driven by a photovoltaic generator, with 4000 V RMS I/O isolation and an 8-pin molded DIP package with thru-hole leads. It offers 5 Ω maximum on-state resistance, 10¹⁰ Ω minimum off-state resistance, and operates from -40°C to +85°C. It is RoHS compliant and meets UL recognition and ESD tolerance standards of 4000 V Human Body Model. It is not recommended for aerospace, avionics, military, or life support applications.
