Evaluation Adapter board for 1200 V IHM modules
The MA400E12 evaluation adapter board was developed for the driving of 1200 V single switch IHM modules. It is equipped with an integrated active booster and additionally short circuit protection feature to assure an easy and optimum functionality of the IGBT. The board operates together with 2ED300E17-SFO evaluation boards and 2ED300C17-S / 2ED300C17-ST IGBT driver boards. Those parts as well as the IGBT module have to be ordered separately.
