Active bridge KIT_ACT_BRD_S7_4PIN, Line rectifier module featuring 600 V CoolMOS™ S7 The KIT_ACT_BRD_S7_4PIN aims to replace the standard diode bridge rectifier with an active full-bridge for line rectification in standard CCM boost PFCs. The active-bridge is based on new CoolMOS™ S7 22mΩ of RDS(on). The board is equipped with control and driving circuitries integrated in one chip. The board has only 4-pins, thus being pin to pin compatible with the standard diode bridge.
