The ITS42008-SB-D is a Smart Octal High-Side NMOS-Power Switch designed for various applications involving resistive, inductive, and capacitive loads. It features programmable input thresholds, fast demagnetization of inductive loads, and very low standby current. The device operates within a voltage range of 11V to 45V and has an on-state resistance of approximately 150m,Ѷ. Key protective features include overload protection, undervoltage shutdown with hysteresis, current limitation, short circuit protection, thermal shutdown with restart, and overvoltage protection.
