The IRS2330D is a high-voltage, three-phase bridge driver with integrated bootstrap diodes, designed to drive N-channel MOSFETs or IGBTs in motor control and inverter applications. It operates with a floating supply voltage up to 600 V and a gate drive supply range of 10 V to 20 V. The device features matched propagation delays of 0.7 µs and a typical deadtime of 2.0 µs. It includes undervoltage lockout, over-current shutdown, and cross-conduction prevention logic. The 28-lead SOIC package supports 3.3 V logic inputs and provides an integrated operational amplifier for current sensing. Outputs are in phase with inputs, and an open-drain FAULT signal indicates shutdown conditions.
