The IRS2330DSPBF is a three-phase bridge driver for driving N-channel MOSFETs or IGBTs in high-side and low-side configurations up to 600 V. It is packaged in a 28-lead SOIC and includes integrated bootstrap diodes, undervoltage lockout, over-current shutdown, and matched propagation delays of 500 ns typical. Logic inputs are compatible with 3.3 V CMOS levels, and outputs are out of phase with inputs. It features an integrated operational amplifier for current sensing and an open-drain FAULT output. The device supports gate drive supply voltages from 10 V to 20 V and includes cross-conduction prevention logic. It is RoHS compliant and meets JEDEC Industrial qualification standards with an MSL3 moisture sensitivity rating.
