The IR7304SPBF is a 700V half-bridge gate driver designed to drive IGBTs and MOSFETs in high-side and low-side configurations using bootstrap power supplies. It is packaged in an 8-lead SOIC and operates with a low-side supply voltage of 10V to 20V, providing up to 20V gate drive. The device features integrated 100ns deadtime protection, shoot-through prevention, and undervoltage lockout for both V_CC and V_BS. Output current is 60mA high-side and 130mA low-side, with matched propagation delays of 220ns. It supports 3.3V, 5V, and 15V logic inputs and is RoHS compliant. The IC meets Industrial qualification level with MSL2 moisture sensitivity rating and complies with JEDEC J-STD-020, JESD22-A115, JESD78, and JS-001-2012 standards.
