The IR3575 is a 60A exposed-top integrated PowIRstage® synchronous buck gate driver combining a control MOSFET, synchronous MOSFET, and integrated Schottky diode in a 6mm x 6mm x 0.9mm PQFN package. It operates with an input voltage range of 4.5V to 15V and supports switching frequencies up to 1.0MHz. The device features an integrated current sense amplifier, Body-Braking® load transient support, and synchronous diode-emulation mode for improved light-load efficiency. It complies with Intel DrMOS V4.0 and is RoHS compliant. The maximum operating junction temperature is 150°C, with a thermal resistance from junction to top of 0.5°C/W. The part is fabricated for industrial applications and meets HBM Class 1B ESD standards.
