The IR2130D is a high-voltage, high-speed three-phase driver for power MOSFETs and IGBTs, featuring three independent high- and low-side output channels with bootstrap operation up to 400 V offset voltage. It operates with a gate drive supply range of 10 to 20 V and includes under-voltage lockout for all channels and over-current shutdown. The device has matched propagation delays of 675 ns turn-on and 425 ns turn-off, with a typical dead time of 0.9 µs. It is housed in a MO-038AB package and is hermetically sealed. The part meets standard operating temperature ranges from -55°C to 125°C and includes an integrated current-sense amplifier and FAULT open-drain output.
