The IR11672ASPBF is a secondary-side synchronous rectifier controller for flyback and resonant half-bridge topologies, driving N-channel MOSFETs to replace Schottky diodes. It is packaged in an 8-lead SOIC (7.90-8.10 mm × 3.90-4.10 mm × 11.70-12.30 mm) with a 200 V drain voltage rating and 11.4-18 V supply range. It provides 7 A peak sink and 2 A peak source gate drive current, with 10.7 V internal gate clamp, 500 kHz maximum switching frequency, 60 ns turn-on and 50 ns turn-off propagation delays, and cycle-by-cycle minimum on-time protection.
