The IPS1031STRLPBF is an Intelligent Power Switch designed for low-side applications, featuring a low on-state resistance of 50 m,Ѷ maximum and a maximum drain-to-source voltage of 36V. It includes over-temperature shutdown at 165¬8C and over-current shutdown at 18A, providing robust protection in demanding environments. The device also incorporates ESD protection and an active clamp for enhanced avalanche capability, making it suitable for inductive load demagnetization. The switch operates with a high-level input voltage range of 4.5V to 5.5V and can handle continuous drain currents up to 9.5A at 85¬8C ambient temperature.
