CIPOS™ Mini 600 V, 17 A three-phase TRENCHSTOP™ RCD2 IGBT based intelligent power module with open emitter in DIP 36x21. It is designed to control three-phase motors in variable speed drive in low and medium power applications for home appliance, HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning), as well as industrial fan and drives. Our leading-edge RC-Drives IGBTs, TRENCHSTOP™ RCD2 are combined with a fully-featured SOI gate driver to deliver excellent performance both in cost and power loss.
