The FF900R12ME7W is an EconoDUAL™3 module designed for high-power converters, motor drives, servo drives, and UPS systems, featuring TRENCHSTOP™ IGBT7 technology with a voltage rating of 1200 V and a nominal current of 900 A. It includes an integrated NTC temperature sensor and a direct-cooled, isolated baseplate with solder contact technology. The module has a creepage distance of at least 11.5 mm between terminals and a clearance of 9.6 mm, with an isolation test voltage of 3.4 kV RMS. Its baseplate is made of copper, and the mounting torque for the module is specified at 3 to 6 Nm using M5 screws. Operating storage temperature ranges from -40 °C to 125 °C.
