Description
The EVAL-2ED1324S12PM1 is a power evaluation board that includes a M1 connector, an EasyPIM™ 1B 1200 V, 25 A with TRENCHSTOP™ IGBT7 (FP25R12W1T7_B11), and three half-bridge Silicon On Insulator (SOI) gate drivers 2ED1324S12P for motor drive applications. In combination with either EVAL-M1-101T or other control boards with compatible M1 connectors, the EVAL-2ED1324S12PM1 features and demonstrates our IGBT module and SOI gate driver technology.
