Evaluation board for EiceDRIVER™ F3 Enhanced with short-circuit protection
EVAL-1ED3321MC12N is in half-bridge configuration with short-circuit protection enabled gate driver ICs (1ED3321MC12N). Suitable for power switches, such as IGBTs, SiC and Si MOSFETs. Power switches TRENCHSTOP™ IGBT IKW40N120H3 are preassembled. This board is best suited for double-pulse testing.
1ED3321MC12N belongs to the EiceDRIVER™ 1ED332x family (F3 Enhanced family). 1ED3321 offers short-circuit protection, active Miller Clamp and soft-off. The driver IC implements separate source / sink outputs, operates over a wide supply voltage range, either unipolar or bipolar and has tight part-to-part propagation delay matching.
