CAN and LIN Shield Kit The CY8CKIT-026 CAN and LIN Shield Kit is an Arduino-compatible evaluation platform for developing and evaluating CAN or LIN enabled automotive and industrial applications. This shield kit plugs into any Arduino™ base board, enabling it to be used along with all PSoC™ 4 Pioneer development kits. Evaluate the CAN and LIN capabilities of PSoC™ 4 family of devices PSoC™ 4 is an ARM-based PSoC™, featuring the low-power Cortex-M0 core combined with PSoC™'s unique programmable mixed-signal hardware IP, resulting in the industry's most flexible and scalable low-power mixed-signal architecture. The CY8CKIT-026 is designed to work with the PSoC™ 4 Pioneer Kits (CY8CKIT-042 and CY8CKIT-044) allowing you to prototype and evaluate advanced systems which feature CAN or LIN communication protocols. The kit lets you to take advantage of the integrated CAN or LIN communication capabilities in PSoC™ 4 for your application and enable to evaluate that on the PSoC™ 4 Pioneer Kit and Shield on the bench or inside a car, fast and easy. This kit is intended mainly for automotive applications as well as Industrial applications (such as factory automation, white goods, etc…) interested in using CAN or LIN as their communication bus.
