Serial F-RAM Development Kit Guide Develop with the world’s most energy-efficient, fast nonvolatile RAMs CY15FRAMKIT-001 is an easy-to-use and inexpensive F-RAM development kit for Infineon's high-performance, high-reliability and energy efficient serial F-RAM devices.
