BSO203PH is a dual P-channel MOSFET in a PG-DSO-8 package, rated for -20 V drain-source voltage and -8.2 A continuous drain current at 25°C with a gate voltage of 4.5 V. It features a maximum on-state resistance of 21 mΩ at V_GS = 4.5 V and 34 mΩ at V_GS = 2.5 V, with an operating junction temperature up to 150°C. The device is RoHS compliant, halogen-free per IEC 61249-2-21, and qualified per JEDEC for target applications. It meets ESD class HBM 1B (500 V-1 kV) and has a thermal resistance from junction to solder point of 50 K/W. Its gate threshold voltage ranges from -0.6 V to -1.2 V.
