The AUIRF7759L2 is an automotive-grade N-channel MOSFET in a DirectFET L8 package, designed for high-current applications such as motor drive and DC-DC conversion in ICE, HEV, and EV systems. It features a 75V drain-to-source voltage rating, a maximum on-state resistance of 2.3 mΩ at 10V gate drive, and continuous drain current ratings of 160A at 25°C and 113A at 100°C, limited by silicon performance. The device supports a 175°C operating junction temperature, offers repetitive avalanche capability, and is qualified to AEC-Q101. It is packaged for dual-sided cooling with a 0.7 mm profile and a footprint compatible with DPak. The tape and reel configuration supports 4000 units per reel.
