The 6ED003L06-F is an integrated three-phase gate driver designed for driving MOSFETs or IGBTs in motor control and power conversion applications. It is housed in a 28-pin DSO package with a reference PCB layout measuring 80.0 × 80.0 × 1.5 mm³. The device features integrated high- and low-side gate drivers with over-current protection via ITRIP and RCIN pins, fault feedback through /FAULT, and enable control via EN. It operates with independent high-side supply rails VB1-3 and VS1-3, and low-side supply VCC.
