The EiceDRIVER™ 2EDi 2EDF7175F is a dual-channel isolated MOSFET gate driver with functional isolation, designed for fast-switching power systems. It provides 1A/2A source/sink output current and operates with an input-side supply voltage of 3.3V and output-side supply voltages from 4.5V to 20V. The device features a propagation delay of 37ns typ., channel-to-channel mismatch of 3ns, and common-mode transient immunity exceeding 150V/ns. It is housed in a narrow-body DSO-16 package and operates over a junction temperature range of -40°C to +150°C. The part is RoHS compliant, fully qualified for industrial applications per JEDEC, and certified for functional isolation with a 1.5kV DC test voltage.
