#1210 Battery Flux was specially formulated for high volume cast-on-strap manufacturing where rapid evaporation of solvent is necessary. This fl ux contains no chlorides, heavy metals or organic acids, which could effect the long term life of the batteries. #1210 Battery Flux provides excellent metallurgical fusing of all leadbased battery alloys as employed in the cast-on-strap process systems. #1210 Battery Flux exhibits very low fuming or smoke during process of manufacturing. This fl ux leaves very minimal residue after the burn-in process.
