Imao-Fixtureworks Locking Receptacle QCSJS-S

The QCSJS-S is a locking receptacle designed for use with heavy duty shaft coupling clamps, enabling quick clamping and unclamping of shafts via a spring-loaded ball mechanism. It is supplied with two M4×0.7-5L cone point stainless steel setscrews for fixation. The receptacle supports a repeatability of ±0.08 mm and is compatible with clamping forces up to 400 N. It operates within a heat resistance limit of 180°C. The mating part is designed for installation on a shaft with a diameter of φ8 mm and features a clamping surface designed for 2-countersink setscrews. Mounting requires a plate thickness of 9 mm or more when used with its corresponding clamp. The component is constructed from electroless nickel-plated quenched and tempered steel.
