A foaming degreaser excellent for removing animal fats. In areas with floor drains where a foam applicator can be used: Cover or remove all food products from area. Manually remove gross soil from surfaces and equipment and discard. Pre-rinse the area using hot water applied by hose nozzle or high pressure sprayer. Fill plastic bottle with Market-One. Attach plastic bottle to special foam-generator nozzle. Attach nozzle to heatproof handle assembly (including shut-off-valve). Connect to normal pressure hot water base. Apply foam to all surfaces to be cleaned. Allow penetrating time and scrub if necessary in heavy build up areas. Apply hot water with either high pressure sprayer or hose nozzle. Rinse all surfaces thoroughly. Let surface drain dry. Do not wipe dry. Tilt movable surfaces to aid water runoff.
