The sealant cures to a hard finish in about 7 days under similar conditions and can withstand temperatures up to 250¬8F when dry. This product is suitable for a variety of applications, including floor repairs, and adheres well to concrete, wood, steel, brick, and aluminum, even on damp surfaces. It is non-corrosive and offers good chemical resistance to substances such as ammonia, kerosene, and sodium hydroxide. The sealant is also approved for use in meat and poultry processing plants, indicating its compliance with industry standards. Proper surface preparation is essential for optimal performance, requiring clean, dry, and roughened surfaces. The application process involves mixing the resin and hardener, followed by the addition of silicon carbide granules for anti-skid properties.
