ESDU 84030 provides tables of values of longitudinal turbulence intensities at 25 height intervals up to 400 m (1310 ft) above flat terrain for various site terrain roughnesses. The values, which are based on the relationships developed in ESDU 82026 and 83045, apply to sites where the roughness is uniform upwind, or where either one or two changes in roughness occur upwind. ESDU 84030 complements ESDU 84011 by providing values of intensity for all cases of a single roughness change for which ESDU 84011 provides wind speed data.
