ESDU 81030 provides values of saturated liquid heat capacity and enthalpy for 20 aliphatic ketones. The data are tabulated at intervals of 10 K in the range from the melting point to 0.8 of the critical temperature. The data were obtained by fitting a polynomial equation to the experimental data for heat capacity for each compound taken from a number of sources in the literature; the constants of the equation were also faired with molecular structure for compounds that were members of the same chemical series. The enthalpy data were obtained by integrating the specific heat capacity polynomial for each compound. Values of critical temperature are also given.
